The company began the day the electrical contractor Pete worked for shut its doors. In those first years it was a two-person operation: Pete handled every job in the field while Heather ran the paperwork — all while raising three babies at home. As demand grew, Pete brought on his first assistant, who happened to be the son of one of their loyal customers.
The growth was remarkable. Soon clients were facing weeks-long waits to book Orange County's most sought-after electrician. Today, Armes Electric runs a fleet of nine trucks covering Orange County, Northern San Diego County, portions of Riverside, and Southern Los Angeles counties. Relationships with suppliers span over two decades, and the team averages more than 15 years of service with the company.
The essence of the business is still the loyalty of repeat customers and referrals passed by word of mouth. Clients are treated as an extension of the family — the values of a tight-knit, family-run business that has never lost sight of where it started.
